BOARD MEMBER // TOM ROBINSON


A 1983 graduate of East Carolina University, Tom spent 30 years at Food Lion, serving in various roles – retiring as SVP and Chief Merchandising Officer. Since retiring, Tom spends the majority of his time doing volunteer work.

Tom currently serves as a Director on the National Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Tom is a previous Chair of the board of directors for the Georgia Food Industry Association, ECU Medical and Health Sciences Foundation, and Meals on Wheels .

Tom and his wife Clarissa have three adult sons, and have been blessed with three granddaughters. Tom is an avid big game hunter, enjoys, traveling, and loves cooking… Often looking for ways to mix these three together. Tom and Clarissa reside on Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
