BOARD MEMBER // KELLY EURY

We are blessed to add Kelly Eury to Hands of a Sportsman board. We can’t wait to work with him in 2024!

Kelly has lived within 30 miles of Concord his entire life. He was born the Son of a Baptist Minister so they moved several times. Kelly lived from birth through the third grade in Landis NC, 4th through 9th grade in Mt Pleasant NC and 10th through 1987 in Concord NC.

He married his wife, Kristi Eury in 1986 and moved to Mt Mourne NC in the year after.

Kelly and Kristi have been married 37 years and have 4 children; Brandy Crisco, Seth Eury, Ethan Eury and Aaron Eury. They have 6 wonderful grandchildren that they love spending time with.

Kelly worked 40 years with Duke Energy serving in various roles. He retired for the second time in December 2020.

Kelly loved the outdoors since his early childhood when his father, grandfather, and uncles introduced him to fishing and hunting.

His hobbies are fishing, hunting, shooting, golf and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

His son and Kelly have served as guides for Hands of a Sportsman hunts for the last several years.

The joy and smiles that he’s seen on the faces of the participants touches his heart.

Kelly looks forward to working with our organization to bring smiling faces and great experiences to participants and forming friendships with everyone involved!

This verse will be his guiding principle in his service to Hands of a Sportsman!

1 Peter 4:10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
